Live large, shine bright, dance—all the time. Never dull your sparkle. Laugh, giggle, make fun of yourself, be childlike and playful, and then be strong like a bull when needed. Empower yourself by speaking your mind, even if your voice shakes.

Follow your dreams, travel far and wide. The world is there to teach us about others and ourselves. There is no better education.

Embrace your imperfections; it is the path to authenticity. Be your realest, weirdest, most fabulous self instead of trying to be everyone’s cup of tea. If someone judges you, it says everything about them and nothing about you. Let them. Their projection is their shadow self at work, and their negativity reflects their reality. Send them peace. They probably need it.

You can say all the right things for all the right reasons, but if you are talking to the wrong people, it will never matter. Use discernment. Love your people and be grateful for the ones who have chosen you; they are your tribe.

Everything that happens on our journey in life happens for a reason. The good, the bad, and the ugly are all here to teach us. Own your part when needed and find the lesson. Accountability is the key to growth and expansion in life. If you don’t, you will remain stuck in a karmic debt, and the lesson will continue to present itself to you until you do.

When a human being truly loves you, their biggest fear is to hurt you. When a human being is in love with how you make them feel, their biggest fear is to lose you. Understand the difference. When you do, you understand love.

Intuition is real, vibes are real, and energy does not lie. Tune in. If it looks like a fish and smells like a fish…. I promise you, it’s a fish. The worst betrayal is the one to yourself by not listening to your gut instincts.

God enters through the wound, and wisdom is gained through healed pain. Forgiveness sets us free.

Fear is a lie. It is our egoic mind at work, draining us of our life force and creativity if we let it. Love is the root of everything. Shift your thinking. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Spread your light.

Write the book, take the trip, and do the thing you are putting off. Your older self will thank you. Life is a shorter ride than you realize.

And, take the selfie. You are only young once 😘
